Telford & Wrekin, A Magical Place for Arts & Culture
Paul Collard, Chief Executive of Creativity, Culture & Education was the Keynote speaker at the Find Your Talent and Telford Culture Zone partnership day on Friday 15th January 2010.
In this short interview highlight Paul shares his impressions of Telford & Wrekin, and reflects on his observations of arts & cultural provision in the region and the ongoing development of services and activities for young people and the wider community.
