Richard Shrewsbury - Education, Arts and Creative Consultancy
Richard is a creative and education consultant, offering skills and support in project management, training, music education and teaching.
Richard uses his creative practice and experience of working with schools, LEAs, Universities and Business and offers a broad range of consultancy services. He supports funding opportunities and works with schools to develop resources and buildings suitable for 21st Century educational practice, advising on the use of technology in education.
Having gained significant Project Management experience of local, national and international funded projects he is happy to work with organisations and individuals to develop realistic and achievable project proposals including all aspects of budgeting. Richard is a skilled teacher in music and music technology having delivered music in the curriculum at KS1,2,3 and 4, plus FE and HE institutions.
Richard delivers bespoke teacher training programmes, business development, team building programmes and digital media training.
He works with organisations to develop strategic musical programmes that influence change and improve music education at a school level, local authority level and at an international level, he works with a large network of people to make sure that music, and its role in education, is fairly represented in curriculum and in decision making.

Felix Pepler - Media and Education Advisor
Felix Pepler is a Musician and Media/Education Advisor with a passion for promoting the exploration and enjoyment of culture and creativity as tools for social cohesion and education.
Felix’s work is rooted in Critical Pedagogy and Reflective Enquiry and upholds the importance of social values, social action and the promotion of universal justice. This is evident in his contributions as a committee member on the board of UNESCO’s Associated Schools where human rights and global perspective education are widely promoted.
Felix is a director of radio-in-education company 'Get On The Radio' and education consultancy 'Chatterbox Creations'. Felix is a Chair of Governors (Learning and Development Committee) of his local primary school, a member of the Celtic Fusion group ‘Taran’, a board member for London based arts charity 'Creekside Artists' and has recently been awarded an MA in Cross Sectoral and Community Arts from Goldsmiths University.

Jeremy Brown – Freelance Practitioner & Dialogue Media
Dialogue is run by Jeremy Brown who previously worked in theatre for five years as a writer and director before becoming a partner in a Corporate Production company based in Birmingham. Jeremy is also a freelance creative consultant and is currently working with Abraham Darby Academy on their BSF programme and developing cross-curricular work, involving whole staff and inspiring young people to take a lead on their future.
Jeremy has been a visiting lecturer in Drama and Media at the University of Wolverhampton for the past twelve years. He is also director of the Dudley LEA Summer School programme for Gifted and Talented pupils and is working to develop Creative Partnerships across the Black Country with several schools.
Jeremy has managed large budgets and worked together with businesses to encourage partnership working across education and business sectors, bringing in further funding and developing positive projects for young people and their local community. Jeremy is highly skilled in project management and can offer CPD and training for schools.

Emma Watson - Consultant
Emma is a freelance creative consultant who works across the West Midlands. Emma has a vast knowledge of creative arts and educational sectors. Having worked at Arts Council England for a number of years, Emma has built up various relationships with partner organisations. Emma supports creative learning and works with authorities to develop their strategies and sustainability of arts education work.
Emma also sources funding streams for creative projects and can project manage activity for various settings.
