Schools and Projects

Telford Culture Zone offer a wide range of professional development opportunities for educational professionals. Courses and workshops explore and support the creative curriculum and creative teaching and learning. We have considerable experience of working with schools alongside cultural organisations, artists and creative practitioners.We collaborate with our cultural partners and experts from education, health and the voluntary sector to devise and provide interesting and insight workshops and courses.

We also have inspirational and practical case studies and resources that offer insight and guidance for anyone interested in planning and delivering a creative learning project. We cover many different types of content including safeguarding, the arts award, digital creativity, drama, music, dance, artsmark, storytelling, theatre and funding.

We currently offer informal mentoring opportunities for artist development and later this year we will be launching a series of courses and workshops for established and emerging artists interested in working in educational settings.
