Find Your Talent offers children and young people regular involvement with arts and culture both in and out of school. This case study resource captures the essence of four projects and will inspire and help anyone plan and develop a creative learning project.

So far in Telford & Wrekin we have delivered over 130 Find Your Talent projects and we have linked those with Telford & Wrekin Music and Telford Culture Zone to provide a really rich local cultural offer. This collection of case studies documents the personal journeys of the people taking part and reflects on their learning. Working in different settings we have been able to see the positive impacts on children, their teachers and creative practitioners when they all work together as part of a team. We have examples from primary, secondary and special education that show the positive impact though human stories.

The DVD includes a short overview of the case studies and highlights some of the key points about the Find Your Talent pathfinder programme. Each case study film is designed to show the process, challenges and outcomes of each project in a short, concise format. This toolkit aims to promote the benefits of creativity and to offer inspiration and guidance to anyone who is interested in working with young people on creative learning projects. It's easy to use and the DVD's and 'Steps to Success' guide have proven to be a very practical resource.
