Hopes & Expectations

The Government recently announced its intention to offer five hours of arts & culture every week to every young person living in the UK.

A group of looked after young people have recently moved into supported living accomodation in Telford. They are taking their first steps towards independence and would like arts and culture to be part of their lives.
