This short film mixes dynamic action from highlighted projects from the third year of Telford Culture Zone with bite size interviews from some of the key people at the heart of the programme.
It gives an insight into the planning process and presents anecdotal evidence that captures the impact on the participants and summarises how TCZ transformed the cultural landscape in Telford and Wrekin making a real difference to people's lives.
