Telford & Wrekin Music Symphony Orchestra

Meets every other Monday evening at Charlton Secondary School, Wellington

• 7-30pm to 8-45pm
• For young people aged between 7 and 18 who are Grade 3 standard on their instrument or higher
• £2 per session, there is a remissions policy in place for young people on Free School Meals and Children in Care.

The orchestra’s work includes performances at concerts such as Telford & Wrekin Music Showcase and takes parts in music workshops such as with Music in the Round, CBSO and local composers. It’s a place to meet, work and play with young musicians like yourself, eager to take their musical talents to new frontiers.

CBSO Instrumental Workshops There are currently day long free instrumental workshops with the CBSO every half term for pupils of grade 6 and above standard. Please contact Telford & Wrekin Music on 01952 380981 for further details.

There is a Remissions Policy in place for our After School Music Clubs, Children in Care and pupils on Free School Meals (FSM) can claim free access to our range of Music Clubs and Music lessons through Telford & Wrekin Music.
