Arts Award

Telford Culture Zone promotes and supports the delivery of the Arts Award programme for 11-25 year olds. TCZ subsidises Arts Award training for teachers, youth workers and creative practitioners to support delivery of Arts Award programmes.

The Arts Award is a national qualification in levels 1, 2 and 3 on the Qualifications & Credit Framework. It can be achieved at Bronze, Silver and Gold level and supports young people to enjoy the arts and become creative arts leaders. Young people work with an adviser throughout their programme and develop their own skills and independence through various art form exploration.
