Meet the Musical Monsters Our new KS1 Music Resource Pack which have been developed and tested by Richard Shrewsbury at Hadley Learning Community over the past two years. Delegates will receive a copy of this new KS1 resource for their school.

Introduction to Soundbeam using sound and music technology with your class. Soundbeam is a device that uses ultrasonic sensors to detect at a distance of up to six metres and without physical contact. Soundbeam is an innovative and exciting way of making a rewarding sound. The smallest of body movements can elicit a musical response unlocking a world of interaction and musical composition.

New to Primary Music

A one to one two hour session for those who have been recently been appointed to a primary music co-ordinator’s role. The session will:-

• explore the OFSTED criteria for primary music,
• signpost to teaching resources for primary music,
• support for developing your school’s Music policy,
• support for auditing music opportunities music resources in your school which develops a broad picture of your whole school music provision
• a copy of our Primary Music Self Review Toolkit.
